Our Reports

  • Timely & Individualized
  • Within 4 - 6 weeks after the testing you will receive a report with pertinent information to assess your candidate's appropriateness for the ministry.

Candidate Assessment

Provide a guide to assessing the psychological challenges and opportunities of the candidate for ministry including:

  • A psychological evaluation using standardized testing and vocational inventories. These instruments will address personality factors, areas of vulnerability, life skills, goals and objectives, and emotional maturity.

  • A comprehensive interview conducted by a seasoned clinician.
Reports will be furnished to the appropriate ordaining bodies, with the written permission of the client.

  • A candidate assessment may be individualized by the kinds of tests utilized, the character of the personal interview, and/or the length and specificity of the reports required.

  • Orientation or Follow-up Consultation with ordaining body. Our psychologist will present the evaluation, including interpretation of the subtleties of raw scores upon request.

Consultation and Counseling

  • Post assessment, short term counseling and guidance.
If needed referral to our staff of Pastoral Counselors, or other qualified and licensed practitioners in the clients own geographical area.

  • Counseling for vocational re-evaluation for ordained clergy in transition.

  • Organizational consultation with a committee or judicatory to develop standards and identify qualities indicative of a successful match between candidates and the role of the clergy person.
